World Care

Serve Danville: Dan River Church is a church that values reaching out and serving our neighbors.   We believe in the love of Christ, and we believe we are called to show that love through action.  Serve Danville is our way of showing our community that Jesus Christ loves all people and has a great plan for their life.

Some of the past projects we have participated in include:

$2 Car Wash, Gas Buy Down, Lil Life Bottles, Orphan Boxes, Stuffed Animals, Festival in the Park, Block Parties, School Supplies, Danville Parade, Winter Coat Drive, Car Show, Church outside the Walls Sunday, Family Fun Days and many others.

Church Planting:  We believe the greatest way to reach people today is by planting new churches.  We are committed to planting churches here locally, in the states and around the world.
