Benevolence Assistance
Please read the guidelines below. By filling out the application you indicate that you have read and understand each item.
This application must be completed in full. Use “N/A” only when a question does not apply.
Submission of this application does not guarantee assistance. Please allow up to 7 business days for review.
Applications will not be considered if you have received assistance from DRC within the past year.
Assistance will ONLY be provided for utility bills.
Assistance is limited to a maximum of $200.
A copy of your photo ID and the past-due bill must accompany this application. The bill must be in the applicant’s name.
No cash or personal checks will be given. If assistance is approved, payment will be made directly to the utility company. If we are able to help, payment will be made through their automated pay system. If your account is blocked for any reason we will not be able to assist.
