There are so many amazing opportunities to serve in DRC Students. Each opportunity has a different level of commitment. All volunteers will be trained by shadowing a current leader and will be provided written and in-person training.

Hospitality Team: Do you love students, want to support this ministry, and enjoy serving or preparing food? The hospitality team is responsible for serving weekly meals and preparing meals when needed. They also set up before and clean up after the weekly meal.
- Commitment - You can serve weekly or occasionally for our big events.
Program Team: Do you love students and the fun energy they bring and want to be part of it? The program team is responsible for planning and executing weekly large group games and planning special events.
- Commitment - Attend quarterly planning meeting. You can also serve weekly!
Life Group Leaders: Do you have a passion to see students grow in their relationship with the Lord? Life Group Leaders invest in the lives of the students in their group (based on gender and grade level) through discussion, discipleship, and developing students through God's Word. Life Group Leaders are called to love students as they are and to point them to God's love for them.
- Commitment - Because the relationship between Life Group Leader and their students is so important, we ask that you commit to serving weekly.
